Once in your home they will claim a great product and engage you into demonstrations and sweet talk only having their best interests in mind The salesman promise they will follow up so you can get the best use of the product but fail to do so. They claim they come out to your area at least once a month but don't. After several phone calls, messages and attempts to call the distributor in Tucson directly with my concerns no one has come out to show me how to use the steam cleaner properly to get the best use out of this expensive steam cleaner as promised.
